"God is the One who begun a good work in you, and I am certain that He won’t stop before it is complete on the day that Christ Jesus returns."

Reblogged from truelovereallywaitsIt’s like a fire has been lit up in my heart, and nothing in this world can quench it. Lord, Your love consumes and overwhelms me. I can’t help but fall deeper and deeper for You. I want you. I want you forever, Jesus. I can’t contain this desire to stay forever in Your arms. I want to lie down in Your presence and pour out all the contents of my heart. Empty me, and fill me with You, Father. I want more and more of You, and I won’t ever feel as if I have enough.
Reblogged from godsradicaldaughter“…God has dealt to each one a measure of faith” (Romans 12:3, NKJV)
One of the greatest abilities God has given each one of us is our ability to believe. If you believe God’s Word, you can be successful. If you believe God’s Word, you can overcome mistakes of the past. If you believe God’s Word, you can fulfill your God-given destiny. There is incredible power in what you believe. What you believe is greater than your circumstances, greater than your trials, greater than your medical report, and greater than your bank account! When you get into agreement with God and believe what He says about you, then what you believe will supersede any natural law.
Today, nurture those seeds of faith by dwelling on His Word. As you get the Word of God in your heart, faith will come to you. Faith will grow and strengthen in you. Faith will rise up in you and empower you to take hold of all the blessings God has for you!
Reblogged from spiritualinspiration“I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5 NIV)
Have you ever really thought about the relationship between a branch and the vine? We don’t use these kinds of word pictures very much anymore, but think about it — if the branch is not attached to the vine, it withers and dies. The very life of the branch depends on being attached to the vine. The same thing happens if we try to operate in this life without Jesus. Without Him, we can do nothing. We are cut from our life source. But when you remain in Him by daily connecting with Him through prayer, worship and study of the Word, then your life will be fruitful. You’ll walk in joy and blessing.
Notice that this verse says “much fruit.” It’s saying that you will have an abundant harvest in your life. Remember, God doesn’t want you to just barely get by. He wants to overwhelm you with His goodness! Choose to remain in Him today; choose to make Him your top priority, and you’ll see His hand of blessing operating in every area of your life!
Reblogged from spiritualinspirationKeep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flows the springs of life (Proverbs 4:23).
God is constantly trying to plant new seeds of victory inside of you, and your heart is the soil for those seeds. If you harbor bitterness, jealousy, or pride in your heart, those seeds won’t be able to take root and develop in your life.
Jesus told the story of how the enemy comes to steal the seed of God’s Word through temptations, cares, and anxieties. But you are good ground for the seed of the Word when you guard your heart by standing and believing that God’s promises will come to pass - even when the circumstances don’t agree. Don’t allow discouragement to affect your faith. Stand and guard your heart, knowing that through faith and patience, you will inherit all of God’s promises for your life!
